Self Showings or In Person Yourself
We don't offer in-person showings but we have something we are more excited about: self showings using smart lockboxes! This is how we show all of our own vacant properties! Social distancing and COVID-19 have reset what is "normal" and self showings are the way to keep your showing rate high!
The smart lockboxes have codes that change often. A renter's identification is verified and renters are guided through the self-showing process. We also include our step by step guide to get your property ready for self showings and add a personal touch to turn showings into applications!
If self showings are not for you, we can schedule showings based on your schedule for you to do in person showings. We can schedule group showings for you and customize it however you'd like!
